Position Description
Elluminates Software Corporation is looking for a part-time Recruiting Coordinator/HR Generalist.
This role will reside in our Chantilly, VA, office with hybrid work capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide coordination of recruitment and related services for supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
Participate in and provide analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Assist the recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of potential candidates to determine qualification and interest level.
Ensure job descriptions for openings are accurate and up to date; create new/update job descriptions as needed.
Provide hiring manager with selected applicants; coordinate interviews with hiring manager.
Assure appropriate members of management are kept abreast of all recruiting efforts; update, maintain, and distribute weekly recruiting report.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
Communicate personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
Oversee annual staff performance reviews by Managers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Maintain and organize official employee files, both physical and digital.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action, if necessary.
Other Duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field with an emphasis on recruiting
Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
SHRM Certification
Familiarity with project management software such as Atlassian Jira
Years of Experience and Education Requirements
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR functional roles with an emphasis on recruiting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
